- The UK has left the EU digital single market. As there is no alternative VAT mechanism in place for B2C Sales, DYNATUNE-XL will unfortunately NOT be able to sell its products directly to UK RETAIL CLIENTS with a payment/billing address in the UK.
- Any B2C orders from the United Kingdom will be cancelled. You will be reimbursed minus transaction costs. We do apologize for this inconvenience.

ALL PURCHASE ORDERS WILL BE CHECKED PRIOR TO BEING ACCEPTED AND IF CONSIDERED NOT TO BE IN-LINE WITH OUR B2C ACQUISITION GUIDELINES THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE MADE WITH DETRACTION OF HANDLING COSTS, WHICH CAN BE UP TO 10% OF THE PURCHASE ORDER.
